Mental sufferings
Sufferings which are seen by none but suffered by all. Every human being has its own situation to suffer. some people suffer for just not getting things done timely. some suffer due to their own lackness or disbilities but now-a- days every day we met with new issues that increase our mental sufferings.
From breakfast to dinner, our whole day spent in sometimes tackling the situation, sometimes ignoring it or suffering through it. Reasons might be different but result is common we become mentally disturbed and trust me no one can understand this situation.
At this time, we need mental peace. Like at the time of illness we need physical rest likewise we need mental rest and believe me it doesn't come from watching motivational videos or finding on search engines how to become mentally relax.
The desire for more positive experience is itself a negative experience. And, paradoxically, the acceptance of one’s negative experience is itself a positive experience.
By above words, we have to understand that whatever may be the situation firstly, we have to accept it instead of blaming our ourselves, blaming our fortune or blaming the others then we are ready to set up a flow between us and negative or worse situations.
After this, you will not feel the need of Gathering positive things , watching motivational videos or any kind of help. this will gradually sets your mind free. it results in mental peace.
MENTAL PEACE is nothing but just acceptance to the situation. so, just accept it and set yourself free .
After reading above, everybody starts feeling positive vibes then what........
Now everything good or bad whatever seems nice to you but don't forget negative energy still lies in you. this will take several forms KRODHA, KAMA, LOBHA, MOHA, MADA, MATSARYA and gives sufferings to you or moreover you also start giving sufferings to others. you know suffering is okay but when you start giving the same pain or start hurting to others without reason it is more painful . After finding yourself guilty, you will start finding positive vibes - start searching videos, posts or again starts feeling okay. Oh! I am okay now. This procedure will not stop tucking when you keep looking at your solutions on some side. you always look at one side then start feeling motivated , In this way you start feeling positive from the other's positivity, but never tries to understand the negativity inside of us .
But the day, we look inside ourselves for solutions and understand ourselves completely and not any other, that day we will understand what a mental peace is.
LIFE ITSELF IS A FORM OF SUFFERING : Actually, It's not the real matter that I am suffering , I am sad . my life is worst. In fact, The matter is why I am suffering & he/she/they is/are not . why it only happens to me ? why me ? . Don't you think. when something or somebody hurt you. first question arise in your mind is Why me ? that very moment you start comparing your life with others & now the pain becomes more extensive and your suffering becomes hard to handle.
