HAPPINESS MYTH OR REALITY

 


     Sometimes, when we face continuous difficult situations in life. We start believing Mental peace   or Happy person is just a MYTH. But is it really true? 

      When we feel anxious, depressed or upset. we start finding ways to make it correct. It is totally   right. This is the right of every human being to find solution for their issues. But the biggest mistake   we do is we find the solution outside of our home before finding inside. 

     Why we do this? Why we have to go outside to find solutions for our problems for even smaller ones?  Isn't our responsibility to discuss it with our family first? How do we forget that these are the people who worry about us more than us?     

    When we become physically sick. What we do?  we use home remedies first. Right?              Likethis, we have to first take suggestions or advice from our close ones. it will give us more satis-faction than any other therapy. Seriously, when I become sad. I sit with my mother and just simple talk. That's enough. 

Happiness Myth will become true if you don't leave your routes and with this hopefully you get MENTAL PEACE😌😌.
