        Sometimes , when we face continuous difficult situations in life. We start believing Mental peace   or Happy person is just a MYTH. But is it really true?        When we feel anxious, depressed or upset. we start finding ways to make it correct. It is totally   right. This is the right of every human being to find solution for their issues. But the biggest mistake   we do is we find the solution outside of our home before finding inside.       Why we do this? Why we have to go outside to find solutions for our problems for even smaller ones?  Isn't our responsibility to discuss it with our family first? How do we forget that these are the people who worry about us more than us?          When we become physically sick. What we do?  we use home remedies first. MENTALITY

Mental Peace belongs to your MENTALITY. Adverse situation always tests how mentally strong you are. If they find you weak, they start bothering you very hard or you can say that they will start preparing you for further more likewise situations in their own way. there are just too ways you have to prepare yourself or situation will prepare you. As per my experience, first one is better one. If situations start preparing you then there is too much suffering. Hahaahaaa... but this is not joke. Hope, you will understand. if not, will understand if time comes.

Sometimes, you feel upset without any reason. You don't want to talk with anyone, you feel alone, don't want to depend on others, don't want to go anywhere and most above don't want to share anything with anyone. You start feeling like - All people are mean to you, all want something from you , Nobody is related to you or with you without any purpose. Everybody wants to take something from you. At this time you wants to find someone who literally wants nothing from you and you also don't want anything from him/her. But you know nobody is with you without his/her purpose or interest. When you gave the key of your life to someone else, when you start depending on some other for your life's decisions. It slowly ends you from inside. It's better to learn good things from others. It's better to get the good or bad ex periences from other person's life but not good to completely depend on others for your problems, issues, decisions or goals.
